Mold Solutions, Inc. (MSI) was originally incorporated in 2006 for the purpose of conducting mold remediation since there was a proposed bill in Congress to regulate mold, just as asbestos and lead paint are regulated. The thought process was MSIs Inc. can offer warranty against contamination – long-term.
During the recession in 2008 MSI had to quickly adjust to other service offerings. While mold remediation has remained a staple, water and fire restoration – working with large insurers over the state of South Carolina – became our primary service offering.
Our product is EPA registered for treating surfaces and proven effective against bacterial and fungal organisms. Little did we know our product was also effective against the H1N1 virus. Our product is an invisible polymer after application. We have realized that with all the emphasis on sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces it became evident that the best way to assist businesses and homeowners is to protect the surfaces rather than constant sanitizing, which offers zero protection against re-contamination. Invisible and waterproof there is nothing else like it.
